February update

FYI folks, we’ll be shutting down registration soon and starting a waiting list. We’re already over our limit but will be accepting a few more entries. If you want to join us, don’t wait!

2020 Registration is open!

We are now accepting registrations for the 2020 HW3 rally – “Child’s Play”. Registration is on the following page:

Waiting list started!

FYI – the 2019 HW3 Rally is currently full. We have 65 entries, and 15 of those are two up, so we’re out of room.

Any entries as of now will go on a waiting list and we’ll follow up as space becomes available. Payment will be due once you’re notified to secure a spot.

Folks, we are now accepting registrations for the 2019 HW3 rally – “Periodic Pandemonium”. Registration is on the following page:

The dates are Friday, August 9th through Sunday, August 11th, 2019.

Here’s a handy “Kid’s periodic table” I found to help.

Seriously though, we don’t expect you to memorize these though :).

Registration, staff, etc

Registration for the HW3 rally will be closing in a few weeks. As always, we’ll try to keep it open as long as possible to accommodate those that have to wait till the last minute to know their schedules.

This year’s bonuses have all been selected and scouted. Whichever route riders choose from this year’s selection of bonuses (covering 8 states!), they’ll be in for a big treat.

I’d like to thank the following people who’ve stepped up to help staff the 2017 HW3 Rally:

Andrew Hall
Tyler Risk
Steve Aikens
John Langan
Bob and Sylvie Torter
Dale and Annie Wilson

Initial rider information will be going out soon by email, and the rider forum will be opening as well. Rally pack goes out on Friday, August 4th.

For 2017 we’ll be back in Grand Junction at the Clarion Inn for the HW3 Heaven and Hell Rally. The event will be on the weekend of August 11th through the 13th. Registration is open and the hotel is taking reservations for the weekend.
